Getynet Clean is a robust professional system designed specifically for cleaning agencies, offering functionalities such as payroll management, work scheduling, invoicing, project accounting, quality control, and a dedicated app for cleaners. Additionally, it serves as a customer portal, an intranet for internal communication, and an employee register for HR-related data.

Work Scheduling

The work scheduling feature within Getynet Clean provides a complete overview of regular, one-time and recurring assignments. The calendar will be updated automatically with recurring assignments, and changes like sick leaves or vacation, are easily implemented.

Changes like vacation or sick leave are easily updated within the calendar, and you can choose between self-logged hours, fixed hours, or piecework pay for different lines of work.

Dedicated App for Cleaners

Our app for cleaners will provide a complete overview of their assigned assignments. They can log hours, confirm task completion, and upload photos to document completed work.

Cleaners can also submit messages directly to supervisors and record extra assignments that arise during a planned task, ensuring accurate billing and payroll processing.

Payroll Reporting

The payroll reporting within Getynet Clean has been refined over many years to become the best and most efficient solution for the industry.
It allows customization of wage types and employee groups while automatically adjusting salaries based on seniority.

Extra pay for night shifts, weekends and other rates are calculated automatically. Approved hours are seamlessly transferred to payroll processing, and files can easily be integrated with accounting systems. This ensures efficient and accurate execution of payroll reporting that is intuitive for both management and employees.

Simple assignments

Assignments are easily registered within the system with 3 different types of assignments; recurring assignments, one-time assignments and periodical assignments.
All relevant information about the assignment is registered on the assignment card within the app, providing easily accessible information for the assigned employee.

Invoicing

You can also choose to invoice directly from our system, offering a variety of benefits, streamlining your workflow.

Recurring assignments are easily invoiced once a month by providing the system with a list of suggestions for all invoices. Once approved, all invoices are sent with either EHF, E-mail or postal mail and are automatically recorded in the accounting system through an integration.

One-time assignments are efficiently and easily invoiced from the project card.

Project Accounting

Once the payroll has been processed for the month, the project accounting is also completed with no additional work required from you.

In the project accounting module, you gain an overview of each assignment individually and the profit generated from it. For each task, you can easily view what has been invoiced in addition to the hours worked by each cleaner assigned to the project. If a project is running at a loss or generating low profits, it is easy to detect and correct. The same applies to errors such as missed invoicing or overpayment of wages.

Quality Control, Inspections and Reports

You can also conduct quality control for customers by using a digital form, with the report being sent to both the client and the cleaner.

Checklists can be activated on the different assignments, with a report containing the completed checklist being sent to the client.

Assignment reports with photos and text that documents the completed work can be sent to customers as needed.

Customer Portal

Getynet Clean also includes a customer portal providing the costumers with an opportunity to receive a full overview of assignments, adding messages, copies of invoices and reports, just by logging in.

The portal also streamlines communication between customers and companies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements by providing customers with access to information about the employees that are performing a given task.

Employee Register and HR Tools

The employee-register can be applied as a mini-HR tool with a variety of possibilities to save data of each employee.

Working contracts and other files can be uploaded here, while competence, courses and training for each employee can be registered. There is also a possibility to add individually defined fields that can be tailored to the data you wish to save on each employee.

Any follow-up conversations with meeting minutes can be stored in a dedicated section, and access to the various data in the employee profile can be controlled, allowing for complete control over which individuals that have access to the information.

Deviation Logging and Internal Processes

Our intranet system allows employees to find all relevant information they need, in one place. Whether it is internal instructions or routines, training videos, a personal notebook or other information.

The intranet system also works as a communication channel with news and posts. This can serve as a teambuilding tool within a company having many employees that do not often get the chance to meet in person.

By installing the Insider Intranet-app on your phone, you also receive push notifications when there are new posts within the intranet system.

Vacation Overview

Employees can add requests of vacation time in the app, to be approved by their leader.

You have a complete overview of planned vacation times, which is reflected further into the planning tool, including assignments that have to be assigned to other people.
Approved vacation time is also visible on the employee cards, simplifying the overview of how much vacation time each employee has had.
